            <p>The Wheatbaker Rewards is a loyalty program operated by The Wheatbaker effective on 1/11/2019.</p>
            <p>The Wheatbaker Rewards shall be
                operated in accordance with the terms and
                conditions as set out herein unless otherwise
                expressly stated in the Program Rules which shall
                govern the relationship of the Wheatbaker and Members
                of the Wheatbaker Rewards including how Members
                manage their accounts, book reservations,
                achieve Member Tier, earn and redeem Wheatbaker Rewards.</p>
            <p>The Wheatbaker has the right, without
                limitation, to change, limit,
                modify or cancel Program Rules, regulations,
                rewards, and reward levels at any time, with or
                without notice, even though such changes
                may affect the value of points or rewards
                already accumulated, the ability to use accumulated
                points or rewards, or the ability to obtain certain rewards.</p>
            <p> By opening a membership account or
                using the Membership Account Number
                you were assigned to receive and
                redeem benefits of the Program,
                including, without limitation, Wheatbaker Rewards, you agree that:
            </p>

                <li>you have read and accepted these Program Rules
                    and you have read and accepted the Website
                    Terms of Use which are incorporated by
                    reference herein; and you consent to the collection,
                    use and disclosure of your personal data by the Wheatbaker,
                    the Wheatbaker Rewards, and their authorized third-party agents
                    and licensees in accordance with this Program Rules.</li>

                <li>Benefits are Subject to Availability and Modification</li>
                <li>The Wheatbaker Rewards benefits,
                    amenities, offers, awards and services
                    are subject to availability and may be
                    changed by the Wheatbaker at any time without notice.
                    The accumulation of points or rewards does not
                    entitle members to any vested rights with respect
                    to points, rewards, or program benefits.
                    In accumulating points or rewards, members may not rely
                    upon the continued availability of any reward or reward level.</li>
                <li>Increase or decrease the number of points or rewards received
                    for a stay or required for a reward;</li>
                <li>Withdraw, limit, modify, or cancel any reward or category;</li>
                <li>Add blackout dates, limit rooms available for reward redemption, change or restrict participation,
                    or otherwise restrict the continued availability of rewards;</li>
                <li>Change program benefits, travel partners,
                    locations served by The Wheatbaker or its partners,
                    conditions of participation, rules for earning, redeeming,
                    retaining, or forfeiting points or miles,
                    or rules governing the use of rewards;</li>
                <li>Change or cancel its rewards</li>
