The Wheatbaker Customer Rewards Program is our special way of saying “THANK YOU” for your continuous partnership and support to The Wheatbaker Hotel Brand. As a member, you will earn Wheatbaker Points for every payment at the hotel for all services which can be used to exchange for Rooms, Spa Treatment and/or Meals when you visit the Hotel.
Points earning is dependent on your status/tier at the time the transaction is allocated to your profile. As you advance to the next main Program Tier, the faster you can earn Points to unlock Rewards.
Points can be earned when transactions are made in the restaurant, spa and/or hotel rooms.
The program has three status levels/tiers namely;
  • Silver: Entry level
  • Gold: 2,000, 000 and above spend per annum
  • Platinum: 5,000, 000 and above spend per annum
Customers on different tiers earn Wheatbaker points from their spend on Rooms, Spa Treatment and/or Meals.
  • Silver: 5% on Rooms; 2.5% on Spa Treatments; and 2.5% on Meals
  • Gold: 10% on Rooms; 5% on Spa Treatments; and 5% on Meals
  • Platinum: 15% on Rooms; 10% on Spa Treatments; and 10% on Meals
Higher statuses are awarded to you based on the amount of spending you have accumulated over a rolling 12-month period.
  • Platinum: a customer can be downgraded from this tier if his spending after a rolling period of 12 months does not accumulate to 5million and above.
  • Gold: a customer can be downgraded from gold to silver tier if his spending after a rolling period of 12 months does not accumulate to more than 2million.
  • Silver: there is no downgrade from this tier moreover, a customer can remain on this status level for as long as possible.

Wheatbaker Rewards points earned will be allocated to your account within 24 hours after checkout.
You do not earn Wheatbaker points on the redemption transaction.
You will receive advanced notice to your registered email address on various occasions of your points balance in jeopardy of being forfeited and again after your points have been forfeited.
The point expiration policy does not directly impact elite status or the ability for a member to earn points.
The Wheatbaker Rewards Points are not transferrable.
Points earned are not applicable to negotiated corporate rates, reservations and events.
You do not need a minimum amount in order to redeem.
When you reach a new tier level, your points are carried over between tiers.
Wheatbaker points are not earned on reservations booked through online travel agencies
Employees of the Wheatbaker or any subsidiary of the Wheatbaker Holdings Limited may not participate in the program.
Points earned apply to a maximum of 20 guests per member, per seating.
You do not have to be staying in the hotel to be eligible to earn points.
Wheatbaker Loyalty rewards are limited to only spa treatment and does not include retail products
Unredeemed points will expire after a period of 24 months from date of issue.
While your membership may remain open, Points earned will expire after 24 months from date of issue.
The Wheatbaker reserves the right to amend the status of a member or withdraw membership at its sole discretion.
If your membership is revoked, any Points or Rewards in your account or available to you prior to such termination will automatically expire, and your access to the Program and its features will automatically terminate.
You may elect to terminate/cancel your membership of The Wheatbaker Rewards Program by notifying the relevant entity at The Wheatbaker in writing. A reasonable period should be allowed for The Wheatbaker to give effect to the request; hence you may receive marketing communications during this transitional period.
